    Return Policy

    All orders are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or defective, reach out to us through the contact page within 10 days of receiving your order and we will resolve the issue.

    Shipping Policy & Terms

    Once an order is placed, Heartmade Threads has no obligation to accomodate changes to the order, including cancellation, changes to items, applying discounts and address changes.

    To ensure the order makes it to you, make sure the address input at checkout is correct. It is the obligation of the customer to pay for any excess shipping costs if the item was returned due to an incorrect address.

    Because items are printed for specific orders, Heartmade Threads will not issue refunds for orders once they are placed.

    Shipping may take 7+ business days from time of order as items are printed when orders arrive.

    Once an item is shipped, it is no longer under the control of Heartmade Threads and we assume no responsibility of the product arriving once it has left our warehouse. If there is a delivery issue, please reach out to us on the contact page and we will assist in working with the postal carrier.

    Order Cancellations

    Heartmade Threads is not obligated to cancel any order that is requested.

    We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order. Reasons could include, but are not limited to, inventory discrepancy, incorrect pricing, no customer response on order questions, etc.

    Damaged Product

    If your item was damaged during shipment, please send us a message HERE within 10 days. We will reach out for pictures and work on getting you a replacement.
